  • Soul Dance is an opportunity for you to connect and be present with yourself in a non-judgemental and healthy space, through a dynamic form of meditation that's dancing. Dance as meditation is as ancient as our humanity, and Soul Dance is about getting out of your head and into your body. It’s not about the way the movement looks. It’s about how it feels, and therefore, you are encouraged to move however you wish.

  • Through Soul Dance, we'd like to empower people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves in a safe space to dance without talking, drinking and the nightclub vibe. This is about getting great exercise, freeing your mind and body, letting go of your fears, and knowing that you're accepted and supported throughout the dance journey.

    Intention Circle

    Wayne Dyer said, "Our intention creates our reality." And when we share our intention (especially in front of other people), the power of it becomes even stronger.

    Qi Gong Warm Up

    Working on the energetic parts of our body, Qi Gong helps to release & unblock the pathways. Preparing us to go even deeper in our body for the dance.

    5 Elements Dance

    The core of what Soul Dance is about: an exploration of the 5 elements and its emotions that are present within our body. The songs will guide us in getting out of our head and into our body.

    Savasana (Rest)

    Possibly the most important part of our journey. Corpse Pose is where we release internal thoughts and move into a place of non-judgmental acceptance and awareness.

    Closing Circle

    With every beginning, there's always an ending. This is the opportunity to reflect, share the experiences, be inspired and get inspired by others' journey.
