For many years, I struggled to feel confident and content with my own body. I really wished that I was born with a different physical body (especially if you got sick easily!).
But it changed after I learn about Ayurveda, especially understanding the principle of 3 Doshas (Vata-Pitta-Kapha). I no longer see myself less than others and learnt how to appreciate and embrace the unique body that I'm in.
