December last year, I sat down with my dear friend @cpfreewrites talking about being a woman, beauty standard, sex appeal, pursuing our dreams (including her story on leaving modelling industry to pursue her passion in writing), and other things juicy.
One of the main takeaways that I hope many women can get is that we're all beautiful in our unique way. AND at the same time, don't rely on that as your main resource to live and get what you want in life (which is why I also shared my friend's story who has a rich sugar daddy, and what she hoped she done differently).
In this episode, we talked about:
👉 (04:04) Carissa’s motivation to pursue her dream in the creative industry and natural medicine
👉 (07:02) Why some people can just eat and eat but never gain weight
👉 (13:26) How to find the courage to pursue your dreams, even if the people around you don’t support your dreams
👉 (22:30) Carissa’s definition of beauty, and what led her to leave the modelling industry
👉 (29:41) The sad truth about the modelling industry
👉 (37:45) Sugar Daddy: What I learnt from my friend who used to be a sugar baby
👉 (42:28) Carissa on making money: What waitressing taught her
👉 Learn more about Carissa here www.cpfreewrites.com, and order her book here @rasasastra.id
After you got a chance to listen to this episode, here's a question for you: what's the one thing that you learnt from this class?
Share your learning point(s) on the comment below (with as many details as you can!), so that others can also learn from you.
With so much love,
