Hi, my name is Zia.
I didn't grow up with perfect health, or confidence in my own body. Since I was a child, I was often plagued with diseases. From chronic bronchitis to weight and digestive issues, food intolerance, adult acne, and even scoliosis.

But that all changed after I learned Ayurveda, a timeless healing system that taught me that everyone is amazingly unique and beautiful in their own way.

From that point on, seeing how much it changed my life for the better, I knew that sharing this wisdom with as many others as possible was my purpose.
